Aluminum Sheet

Aluminum sheets are available in 0.40", sizes and colors, as well as mill finish. Prefinished sheets have baked enamel on both sides; one side is colored and masked and the other side is white.

• Pre-painted aluminum is very useful to manufacturers as painting the metal after fabrication can slow the manufacturing process down, while the paint itself can cause problems when they peel off.

Di-Bond

Dibond is an aluminum composite material (ACM) made of two pre-painted sheets of .012" aluminum with a solid polyethylene core.

Flexible Magnets .30

Flexible Magnetic .30 roll is used mainly for temporary vehicle advertising. Why use Flexible Magnets?

• Unique backcoated flexible magnetic sheeting
• The backcoating is a safe barrier between the magnetic surface and the surface to which it is applied, which is an important new benefit to sign makers in applications like vehicle signs
• The backcoating is equally important to screeners where "blocking" is a problem when printed magnetics need to be stacked during the printing process.
• High intensity lines of magnetic polarity run parallel to the edge of the sheet
